HOT YOGA CLASSES

 

Yoga in a heated room allows one to enjoy increased flexiblity in physical postures. The heat and humidity acts as a catalyst for building internal heat that detoxifys the body, and is also meant to mirror the conditions from which modern yoga originated.

 

The sequencing is based on the Ashtanga yoga system and blends  flowing through postures  (Vinyasa) with holding posures (Hatha) for a well rounded practice that is accessible and fun.

All classes are open level. Modifications, props, hands on and verbal adjustments will be offerd to enrich your practice.

Yoga Nidra- systematic relaxation for yogic sleep

Power Yoga- intro to the Ashtanga yoga system

Soak and Sprout- optimal nutrition potential

            PRIVATE LESSON

 

One on one lessons offer the student a customized practice with focus on the students intentions and abilities. Whether you are seeking a safe way to work with an injury, a beginner that needs to build basic skills, or a seasoned practitioner looking to deepen your practice, working one on one will ensure you get the maximum attention that you require.

Hot Yoga offers an environment that can increase the progress of your yoga goals. Meant to mimic the enviroment in which modern yoga was born.   Practicing hot yoga benefits those who tend to think that they are "too tight" for yoga.
